Open Access Policy
We are committed to providing instant access to the full text of research articles without the need for a journal subscription. Therefore, anyone, based on the Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional CC-BY 4.0 license, can copy, use, redistribute, publicly transmit/display the work, and distribute derivative works as long as the authors are credited; in other words, the authors can retain the copyright of their articles.
The scientific community discusses the quality of open access publications; however, many current or highly cited articles have been published through open access, and the growing trend also shows that many open access publications have been successfully indexed.
The Amazon Scientific Journal can be accessed through the journal's website at www.revistadelamazonas.info, as well as through international search engines like Google Scholar.

Copyright and Licenses
Authors who contribute to the Amazon Scientific Journal agree to publish their articles under a Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional CC-BY 4.0, which allows third parties to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well as to remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, under the condition that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and it is indicated if changes were made. This can be done in any reasonable manner but not in a way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
Additionally, the journal allows authors to own the copyright without restrictions and retain unrestricted publication rights.
