Anti-Plagiarism Policy

The Revista Científica del Amazonas is firmly committed to academic integrity and ethical publishing. To ensure the originality of submitted and published manuscripts, the journal follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy aligned with international best practices in editorial ethics.

All authors submitting a manuscript to the Revista Científica del Amazonas must sign a Declaration of Originality, certifying that the article is entirely original, has not been previously published in any other journal or medium, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Additionally, each manuscript undergoes a similarity check using Turnitin Similarity Check, a service provided by Crossref. This process helps identify matches with other sources and assess the originality of each document.

If a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be immediately rejected, and the authors will be notified. In cases of partial plagiarism or self-plagiarism, clarifications or corrections may be requested before proceeding with the editorial process.

The Revista Científica del Amazonas, supported by Editorial Primmate, promotes transparency and respect for copyright, ensuring that all published articles meet the highest standards of originality, reliability, and academic ethics.
