"Using Google Scholar in R for Collaboration Networks and Citation Extraction"

This workshop is perfect for researchers, students, and academics who want to take their first steps in bibliometric data analysis with R. No programming expertise required!

You will learn step by step how to:

  • Connect R with Google Scholar using the scholar package.
  • Download and process information from academic profiles, publications, and citations.
  • Build and visualize collaboration networks among authors.
  • Generate automated lists of cited articles and their references.
  • Export your results to include them in your projects.

With a 100% hands-on methodology, including an introduction to R for beginners and guided exercises to consolidate learning.
