The DL-101 course is based on the concepts presented in the DL-001 course on intellectual property. This course covers the main aspects of intellectual property, namely, copyright, neighboring rights, patents, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, protection of plant varieties, unfair competition, and international registration systems.

Each module includes self-assessment tools so that participants can assess their level of knowledge, progress, and ability to apply the concepts and data taught throughout the course.

Final Exam and Certificate

At the end of this course, there is a written exam that consists of answering a series of questions within a specific time frame, submitting the answers to the respective tutors by email for evaluation. Approximately one week before the course DL-101 completion deadline, participants will receive an individual notification about access to the final exam.

Participants who pass the final exam of the DL-101 course will receive an electronic certificate.
